Excellent Book for Semiconductor Professionals

This is definitely a great book to have for all semiconductor professionals. The book is written by experts in their respective fields, but is useful even if you are not working on extreme environments. Any electronic products have to deal with high/low temperatures, alpha-particles, etc., and this book answers most of the questions.

Comprehensive book

The table of contents is quite impressive covering almost all topics over the broad field of electronics for extreme environments. This book seems to be a must read for those designing electronics operating in harsh environments. I like that one gets different points of views through the many authors contributing to the book.

Excelent book. Much more than expected

I loved this book because it addresses extremely difficult issues that do not present enough literature for research.
It is quite comprehensive and provides reliable data.
Different topics are addressed by different authors and they are proposed many data on each one of them.
